5. According to the Settings in the program, the rotation Angle of the component is adjusted through the Z-axis of the sticker head, and the position set by the program is moved through the sticker head, so that the center of the component coincides with the PCB board mounting position;

SMT reflow soldering workflow:


Manual, semi-automatic or automatic paste presses can be used to print solder paste onto the printed board as a mimeograph, and then manually or automatically attach the components to the printed board. The welding paste is heated to reflow by heating furnace or hot air, and the heating temperature needs to be controlled according to the melting temperature of the welding paste. This process includes preheating zone, reflow zone and cooling zone. The high temperature in the reflow area causes the solder paste to melt and the adhesive and flux to vaporize into smoke.
