Camera debugging method of multi-function mounter


1. Check that the camera is installed vertically and at a parallel Angle.


Method: To check the vertical by eye observation, Angle detection: find a line on the PCB parallel to the X direction, move the camera to observe this line, if the line is parallel to the horizontal line in the center of the camera, the camera Angle installation is OK.


2. Mark camera field of view 10mm. The pixels are 640/10 = 64 or 556/10 = 55.6.


3. The working distance of the Mark camera is 60mm, which should be based on the upper surface height of the PCB on the top plate of the platform.


4. Set the distance between the camera and the suction head


How: Select a point on the PCB of the platform, fix the platform or PCB motionless, move XY, so that the center of the nozzle 1 coincides with the center of the selected platform or PCB, record the coordinates of XY, and then move XY, so that the upper camera can light the selected point on the platform or PCB and make the center of this point coincide with the center of the image, record the XY coordinates, and calculate the difference between the two records. Fill the result into the corresponding position in the parameter.

1. The concentricity of the suction head should not exceed 0.1mm, if it exceeds this range, it is considered bad.


Detection method: Move the nozzle to the photographic position, rotate the nozzle 3600 degrees, and observe whether the nozzle image rotates with the center of the nozzle as the rotation center under the monitor!

Method of setting the offset correction parameter of the camera of the mounter: Before setting the offset correction parameter of the camera, this parameter should be reset first. After reset, the correction parameter of each nozzle is X: 320 Y: 240 (image size is 640*480); X: 278 Y: 240 (image size is 556*480); Move nozzle 1 to the photo position and change the coordinates of the photo position of the nozzle in the parameters so that the center of nozzle 1 is exactly the center of the image. Then click "View correction position", click "Move mode" with the mouse, right-click on the image and drag the mouse to draw a blue rectangle, make the center of the rectangle coincide with the center of the nozzle, observe the central coordinate value of the rectangle displayed under the image, fill X and Y of this coordinate value into the corresponding position of the offset parameter of the nozzle 2 and save. The same method is used to set the camera correction offset parameters for nozzle 3,4,5,6, 7,8.
