(2) orientation problem: If the material is not in the central orientation of the material or the deviation formed because the height of the material is not correct, the situation of the material is not correct and so on will be identified as invalid material thrown away by the system, forming a waste, therefore, we must adjust the orientation of the material in the operation;

(3) Vacuum problem: When the lack of air pressure, the vacuum pipe channel is not smooth, there is a foreign body blockage or the lack of air pressure formed by the vacuum leakage, etc., will cause the situation of not being able to take the material or falling down on the way to paste after picking up, forming the waste of throwing materials, therefore, we must adjust the air pressure to the required pressure value of the equipment, about the leakage problem, we must timely correct, as for the blockage formed, Organize in time.

(4) Suction nozzle problem: the deformation, blockage, and damage of the suction nozzle will form a lack of air pressure, air leakage, and the formation of suction can not afford to take materials or identify the situation of throwing materials. What we can do is replace the nozzle in time.
