Solution: Turn off the power, wait for the system screen to disappear, turn ON the power again, enter the prompt "Please press on" button, immediately follow the prompt operation, and perform the origin restoration operation, to avoid the crash imagination again.
Two: high-speed SMT machine H axis overload problem
Cause: The nozzle is not correct and will return to the original zero or because the parts are too high and the height of the parts is not correct, resulting in excessive force during the installation of the nozzle. This kind of problem generally can not be reset, choose to reset, when the operation of the machine or prompt such an error.
Treatment method: Open the safety door, gently pull the suction nozzle with your hand a few times, push the suction head, and then close the safety door to reset the machine, if not, close the machine to restart.
Three: The machine does not detect the substrate problem
Reason: Sometimes, due to a notch in the lower left corner of the PCB board inlet direction, the substrate positioning sensor does not detect the substrate.
Solution: Check whether the substrate positioning sensor shines on the substrate. If the sensor shines on the substrate but the workbench does not, the sensor has a problem; If the sensor does not shine on the plate, use a hex screwdriver to adjust the sensor to the correct position.
Four: high-speed placement machine substrate transmission error problem
Reasons In the production process, if there is a substrate transfer error problem there are two reasons: (1) when the machine does not want to board requirements, think to push a PCB board into the machine; (2) Because there is a gap in the front production of the board, the positioning sensor is moved forward, and the next production of the board without a gap forgot to move back to the original place. During the substrate transfer process, the sensor senses that there is a PCB board and stops the track transportation, but the board does not reach the stop block.
Treatment methods: (1) Open the front door, take out the excess PCB board, and reset the operation; (2) Reset first, and then adjust to manual mode, tighten the track of the substrate to lower, remove the substrate, use the hex screwdriver to adjust the sensor to the correct position, and then re-production.
