Weekly maintenance:

1. Check and clean the stains on xyw shaft screw every week;

2. Check whether the mounting head and guide rail run smoothly. If there is abnormal sound or not smooth movement, check whether the part has displacement in time, and adjust and apply lubricant in time;

3. Check the stains on the clean lens;

4. Check whether there are foreign objects and residues on the xy axis guide rail, and re-oil if the oil is hardened.

Monthly maintenance:

1. Check whether the light and laser are normal, and adjust or replace it in time if there is an anomaly;

2. Clean XY axis guide rail, xyw lead screw and z axis gear to replace lubricant;

3. Check whether the transmission device runs smoothly, see whether the transmission belt is worn or loose, if so, adjust or replace;

4. Check the clean suction nozzle and filter cotton, and replace it in time if it is worn.
