1. Room Temperature


It is usually good to place machines and paste printing equipment at room temperature 20 degrees Celsius and 26 degrees Celsius, if this figure is not reached, the fish must not be higher than 36 degrees Celsius at 16 degrees Celsius.


Second, indoor humidity


Most people know the impact of space, but humidity also has a greater impact on product quality. High humidity components will not absorb moisture, especially the internal precision parts are sensitive to humidity, and if the paste moisture absorption can also cause welding defects.


One might ask, with humidity having such a big impact, is it possible to improve dryness as much as possible? Of course not. If the dryness is too high, static electricity may be generated when the air dries. Some components, such as electrostatic discharge, are sensitive to static electricity. Therefore, humidity control should also be in balance. Topco engineers recommend that you keep your indoor humidity around 42-73R.


Three, about cleaning


If there is dust in the working environment of the machine, it will have a quality impact on the installation and welding of small parts such as 0201 and 01005 and thin pitch (0.3 mm) parts. It also increases wear and tear on equipment and may even lead to equipment failure. Increase equipment maintenance and repair workload. In the smt production environment, in addition to dust, there may be some chemical gases during the week. If there are some harmful substances in these gases, it will cause certain harm to the human body; If these gases are corrosive, it will seriously affect the reliability of the product. Therefore, the working environment must be kept clean, free of dust, corrosion and odor gases. This can ensure the welding quality of the product, the normal operation of the equipment and the health of the operator.


The air cleanliness in the working environment is class 10W (BGJ 73-84). In the air conditioning environment, there should be a certain amount of air, as far as possible to control the carbon dioxide content below 1000 ppm, CO_2 content is controlled below 10 ppm, to ensure human health.


General factory cleanliness is more difficult to reach 10W at a certain level, and the cost is relatively high. In order to achieve such an environment, because, when workers have to pump vacuum equipment, the entire plant has negative pressure. In today's competitive market environment, this will generate a small profit that few companies spend big money on. Even if this requirement cannot be met, it is necessary to make cleanliness regulations such as cardboard dust impact, dust and carrying large items cannot enter the SMT workshop.
