1. The PCB to be mounted enters the transmission track, the sensor at the entrance of the track finds the PCB, and the system tells the conveyor belt motor to operate and send the PCB to the next position.


2. The PCB enters the starting point of the work area, the transmission device sends the PCB into the patch position, triggers the sensor of the mount position when it is about to be in place, and the system controls the corresponding organization to make the PCB stay in the pre-mount position. Mechanical positioning equipment works to fix the PCB in the predetermined position. Clamping equipment operation, the PCB clamp fixed, prevent PCB movement.


3.PCB positioning equipment operation, determine the orientation of the PCB is in the reserved orientation, otherwise the orientation of the PCB coordinate reference system coordinate system is corrected.


4. Check the processing optical discriminant marker point (Mank) according to the program setting to determine the PCB orientation


5. The components packed in the special feeder are transported or prepared to the reserved orientation according to the orientation set by the program.


6. The sticker head nozzle is moved to the position of the picking element, the vacuum is opened, and the suction nozzle is lowered to absorb the element.


7. Pass the vacuum pressure sensor or photoelectric sensor to detect whether the component is sucked.


8. Pass the camera or photoelectric sensor to detect the height of the component (vertical direction).


9. Through the camera or photoelectric sensor to detect the Angle of the component (horizontal direction), and identify the component characteristics, and then read the component characteristic value pre-set in the component database, and compare the practice value with the detection value, so as to judge the component characteristics. When the characteristic value does not match, the fault of the picking element is judged and the picking element is picked up from scratch. If they match, the current center orientation and Angle of the component are calculated.


10. Throw the faulty component into the scrap collection box.


11. According to the program setting, adjust the Angle of the component through the rotation of the sticker head; After the movement of the mounting head, or the movement of the PCB, adjust the XY direction coordinates to the programmed orientation, so that the center of the component coincides with the mounting orientation point.


12. The suction nozzle is lowered to the preset height, the vacuum is closed, the component falls, and the mounting is completed.


13. Start the cycle from 5 steps until the installation is complete.


14. Move the patch part to the unloading position and transfer the mounted PCB to the unloading track. The sensor at the beginning position of the unloading track is triggered, and the control system tells the conveyor motor to work, and the PCB is sent to the next position until it is sent out of the machine.
