First, edit the optimized product program on the SMT mounter


① Call out the optimized program.


② Make PCB MarK and local Mak Image images.

⑥ Change the multi-pin and narrow-pitch devices with larger dimensions in the program, such as QFP with more than 160 pins, large-size PLCC, BGA, and long sockets to Single Pickup, which can improve the mounting accuracy.


7 Save the disk to check whether there is an error message, modify the program according to the error message, until there is no error message after saving the disk.


Second, proofread, check and backup the placement program to the SMT placement machine


① According to the component list in the PCBA process file, check whether the component name, bit number, model specification of each step in the program is correct, and correct the incorrect place according to the process file.


② Check whether the components on each feeder station of the mounting machine are consistent with the pickup program table.


③ Use the main camera on the mounting machine to check whether the X and Y coordinates of each step of the components are consistent with the component center on the PCB, check whether the Angle Θ is correct according to the component position diagram in the process file, and correct the incorrect place. (If you do not perform this step, you can correct the actual mounting deviation after the first SMT installation)


④ Copy the correct product program to the backup USB flash drive for storage.


⑥ Only after the proof check is completely correct can production be carried out.
