1. Check whether the PCB assembly has grooves before printing. Check whether the PCB has the white oil diagram or the white oil diagram has the deviation.

Second, chip machine operator


1. The operator shall conduct self-inspection and follow-up inspection on the production line in charge


2. Timely replacement of materials, and fill in the refuelling record book, notify IPQC check;


3. Responsible for loading material during production line change;


4. Prepare the material in advance when changing the production line;


5. Prepare materials during production;


6. Handle the simple alarm of the machine and equipment during production;


7. Check materials every two hours and during commuting.




Third, after the furnace eye inspection


1. Inspect the printed board from reflow welding, repair the phenomenon of poor welding;


2. Check the components removed from the scrap board to see if there is a short circuit of tin slag at the bottom. If you can't clean it up, scrap it.


3. Unmarked components must be taken from the tray when manually repairing.


4. Find deviation, error, and other defects that may be caused by the machine should be explained to the master operator immediately.


5. When breaking the board, it is necessary to carefully check the batch number and the integrity of the board;


6. Pay attention to the layout mode, and insert the side with fewer components into the turnover row as much as possible. And the component cannot be stuck in the card slot.


7. If any abnormal situation is found, the relevant personnel must be notified immediately;




Iv. Inspection


1. Inspect the printed board from reflow soldering and inspect the repair products;


2. Check materials every two hours and commuting. Check in time when refuelling is available;


3. If any abnormal situation is found, timely report to the relevant personnel of the mounter;


4. Pay attention to the layout mode, and insert the side with fewer components into the turnover row as much as possible. And the component cannot be stuck in the card slot.
