1. Check daily

(1) Before turning on the power supply of the mounting machine, check the following items:

① Temperature and humidity: the temperature is between 20 ° C and 26 ° C, and the humidity is between 45 and 70%.

② Indoor environment: requires clean air, no corrosive gas.

③ Make sure that there is no debris on the transmission guide rail and within the moving range of the mounting head.

④ Check whether there is no debris on the fixed camera and whether the lens is clean.

⑤ Make sure there is no debris around the nozzle storage.

Check whether the nozzle is dirty, deformed, clean or replace the nozzle.

7 Check whether the braid feeder is correctly placed in the material station, and make sure that there is no debris on the material station

⑧ Check the connection of air joints, air hoses, etc.

(2) After opening the power supply of the mounting machine, check the following items:

If the installer is not operating properly, an error message will be displayed on the display.

① After the system is started, check whether the menu screen is displayed normally.

② After pressing the "Servo" switch, the indicator light will be on. Otherwise, shut it down, restart it, and turn it on again.

③ Whether the emergency switch can work normally.

④ Check whether the mounting head can correctly return to the starting point (source point).

⑤ Check whether there is abnormal noise when the mounting head moves.

⑥ Check whether the negative pressure of all mounting head nozzles is within the range.

⑦ Check whether the PCB runs smoothly on the guide rail. Check whether the sensor is sensitive.

⑧ Check whether the edge positioning and needle positioning are correct.

2. Check monthly

(1) Clean the CRT screen and floppy disk drive

(2)X, Y axis - When the mounting head moves, ensure that there is no abnormal noise in X and Y axis.

(3) Cable - Make sure the screws on the cable and cable bracket are not loose.

(4) Air joint - make sure the air joint is not loose.

(5) Air hose - Check pipes and connections. Make sure there are no leaks in the air hose.

(6)X and Y motors - Make sure that X and Y motors do not heat abnormally.

(7) Over-range alarm - Move the mounting head in the positive and negative directions of the X and Y axes. When the mounting head moves out of the normal range, the alarm should sound and the mounting head can stop moving immediately. After the alarm, the manual operation menu is used to ensure that the mount head can run.

(8) Rotating motor - Check the timing belt and gear for stains. Make sure the mounting head can be rotated without obstacles. Make sure the mounting head has a large enough torque.

(9) Z-axis motor - check whether the mounting head can move smoothly up and down. Push the nozzle up with your finger to see if it moves smoothly. Move the mounting head up and down out of the normal range, respectively, to check if the alarm sounds and the mounting head stops immediately.

(10)S motor (if there is a scanning CCD) one by one to ensure that the scanning head can move smoothly.

(11) Negative pressure - Check the negative pressure of all mounting heads. If the negative pressure value is abnormal, clean the filter in the suction nozzle shaft and replace it if the filter in the vacuum discharge line is dirty (black).

(12) Transmission guide - Check the movement of the transmission guide. Check the tightness of the belt. Check the conveyor belt for stains, scratches and debris. Check the automatic width adjustment of the guide rail. Check the movement when increasing and decreasing the width. At the population and exit, check the parallelism of the rail and the transmission of the PCB.

(13)PCB limiter - Check its movement and noise.

(14) Side clamping, back top block, buffer block - check their wear.

(15) Clamp on the nozzle library - check whether it is flexible and wear.

(16) Camera -- Clean all camera lenses and light boxes.

(17) Camera lighting device - check its movement and brightness.

(18) Operation switch - Check whether all brakes can work normally on the VO signal screen. Check the emergency stop switch.

(19) Alarm lights -- Make sure all lights are on. Make sure they are securely installed.

(20) Danger alarms, warning alarms one by one check whether they can sound.

(21) Cameras - Perform "image detection".

(22) Pick point coordinate value -- check the pick point coordinate value of the feeder station.

(23) Mount position - Make sure that the components can be assembled to the specified location.
